What is included in the price?
We take care of everything for you! We deliver, set up, and style. The next day, we will pick up, launder the linens, and disinfect. (See pricing page for what's included in each base package)
Is there a deposit for the Teepee Adventure parties?
There is a 50% deposit which is non-refundable less than 3 weeks prior to the party date. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to your event. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not confirmed until your deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
What if I need to cancel my Teepee Adventure party?
If your party needs to be cancelled due to an illness or other family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule you to a new date and time. Your deposit will be applied to your new party date. Please advise your guests.
Is there a travel fee?
We deliver within 25 miles of Elk Grove. Anything outside of 25 miles will have an addtional travel fee. Please contact us for details.
What are the penalty charges?
Any light damages or stained property will result in a penalty charge of $50. Any major damages, lost or stolen items will result in the cost equal to it's replacement. If rental is not available at the time of pick up, you will be charged for an additional night.
Is the linen washed after each use?
Yes! Teepee Adventure uses hypoallergenic products to launder the linens. All items are wiped down with disinfectant wipes or spray. Our teepee covers are steamed before and after each party. We wear a mask while setting up in your home.
How much time needed for set up and clean up?
At least 2-3 hours set up, 1.5 hours take down the following day.
How much space is required?
The set up is 4ft wide and about 75in long. Please be sure to leave enough space to safely walk and sleep. We do not move furniture to make room for the teepees.
